Can anyone confirm that Dunlop SP 9000's are being phased out?
I was just told by the local tire folks that the Dunlop SP9000s are being phased out and a new tire will replace them sometime in the next eight months. Can anyone confirm this?

Two Follow-Up Questions
1) Would you buy four new tires knowing they were being discontinued in a few months? The issue I would be worried about is what would happen if one of the tires needs replacement.
2) What's a good alternative? I'm looking in the same performance/price range.
