OZ Ultraleggera 18x8 Bright Silver Paint ($325 per wheel) or SSR Comps 19x8 Silver w/Machined Lip ($439 per wheel) my car is a Lazer Red B5 S4 sedan

My hot buttons are looks, weight and durability. I have never owned 19" wheels but I think I would like them. I don't track the car, there aren't to many potholes to worry about where I drive and my fenders have already been rolled. I like both of these wheels for different reasons (they're very different from each other) I have always liked the SSR's and they will be easier to clean then the OZ UL's. Price is also a factor... OZ's would be $1300 for 4 wheels; the SSR's would be $1756.00 for 4 + the tires would be much more expensive for the 19's Thanks in advance for your helpful input.

Looks: Totally subjective and up to you. I'd personally vote Comps.
Weight: Not sure, but Tire Rack can help you. Be sure you check the weight of whatever size tires would go on them, also. Weight can differ by tire size, even for the same tire model.
Durability: I'd guess OZs, simply because you have more sidwall to protect them.

In summary, I think it's a toss up without considering cost. Factor in initial purchase cost, then consider cost of future tires, and I think the OZs win.
