Which corner should I put a new tire on my A6Q, the other tires have about 10k on them?

Get two for sure.
Ten thousand miles of any kind of driving will significantly change the tire when compared to new. You have a great car, an A6Q and if you don't drive it at least somewhat aggressively,(which would make a one tire swap worse) you should trade it for a Taurus. Donate or sell the other front but dont just get one. You will be much happier and safer if both fronts are new. If you can afford the A6Q you can buck up for the right equipment. Like the Michelin man says "you have a lot riding on your tires." Good luck.

http://www.wheelwax.com</a

I would always replace in pairs.
I had a damaged front tire last week
They were replaced thru manufacturer warranty. They replaced the front pair and not that tire alone. It's simply not safe replacing just the one. Bonus: I found a similar bump on a rear tire this week! So looks like I'll have a brand new set of winter tires this week.

konig rated-r's -- i've been really happy with them ...

they were damned cheap (like 240 each in 18x7.5, as i recall), though in order to get them to fit the way i wanted on the tt i had to go with 20mm spacers, which i had custom-machined (at a fairly frightening cost). you could probably go with 20mm h&r spacers + hubcentric adapters for considerably less -- let me know if you want more details.
the rims themselves have held up amazingly well -- they still look and feel like new, even after a year of boston roads -- the only visible damage is some tiny rock chips along the lip. also, at 23 pounds, the're pretty damned light for a cast rim.
i know a lot of people here have negative things to say about konig, but i've seen very little to substantiate their fears, and as someone who has owned many high-end wheels, i can say that these are quite a bargain and are very well made.

Well I guess my tire guy was real nice to me.
I got road hazard warranty for like $8 a tire (Goodyear Ultragrip Ice) at the shop I bought the tires from a few years ago.
But last week, my dude at a different store said that it's covered by manufacturer warranty and promptly replaced the pair while I had to pay for used treadwear only (I had over 80% tread remaining so I paid less than %20 of tire cost).
I would like to find out more details about this manufacturer warranty myself, considering I'm gonna run 18inch S-03s; and if they are covered too that would be GREAT.
