Default do all aftermarket wheels vibrate?

On a couple of cars in the past I have had a set of Fittipaldis and TSW's and was never able to get them as well balanced and smooth as oem wheels. I used to work for NTW and would watch the tech put my wheels on the balancer and would see some kind of runout on the aftermarket wheels.

Has anyone had real good luck with any particular brands of wheels being smooth and not having balancing problems. I did have hub centric rings with both of the above wheels and they still vibrated slightly.

I would really like to get some nice 17 inch wheels but cannot stand vibration, any suggestions?

Have you tried another place that mounts and balances wheels and tires? I've had a few sets and none vibrated. Also are the tires in perfect condition i.e brand new?

Default Of course not (more)

Please check out our selection of wheels. Most of our wheel brands are original equipment manufacturers too.

I'll gladly help you choose a quality wheel, drop me a line or give me a call

Default they're probably not hubcentric. get some hubcentric rings from your rim manufacturer.

i had the same problem with my Lolas and the rings put and end to it.

Default Try BBS

This is one of those times where you get what you pay for. BBS are super high quality and far exceed OEM. That's why they command a premium price.

Default Not at all -->

Sounds like it may have ben an issue of not being hubcentric wheels.

Every wheel I carry is hubcentric. Take a look at what wheels we carry & call me to discuss the applications & I can give you pakage options as well!

Eddie
