Does anyone know if A6 4.2 wheels have same offset as A4 wheels?

Does anyone know if A6 4.2 wheels have same offset as A4 wheels?
the rims will bolt up, same bnolt pattern 112, but are the offsets much different? The A6 4.2 is wide and flared out, are the wheels offset to adjust for this? Thanks for any help :^)
