does anyone recommend a tire store in Yobra Linda, Tustin, orange, area
to put on RA1's on my SSR Competition wheels?? Some place you trust to do a good job with the balancing and such.

Two places I've used.
American Tire Depot on Tustin put my S03 tires on my Oettingers and track tires on my OZ's. Did an OK job, no scratches and they were cheap. They are a certified Tire Rack installer. Kind of a grungy shop. (714) 532-3333
The other guys I used just for some tire balancing was Big O Tires on Imperial Highway in Yorba Linda. Did a great job, nice folks. They have one of those state-of-the-art Hunter balancing units.
