To Eddie and anyone else.....
It's time to put some tires on my car, currently I have S-03's on my S4 and I'm looking for something new. Overall I haven't been overly happy with the S-03's. Yeah they grip like molasses in dry and are *good* in wet but their LOUD as hell. Also I don't think the S-03's wore all that well so I'd like to find a cheaper tire that will work well. I know people that have tried both the Yokohama AVS series and the Kuhmo tires, both are about $50 a tire cheaper.

For more of a ride based tire but with a bit less performance (your trade off) you can look to the Dunlop SP9000s as a summer tire with the best ride characteristic and a bit mre longevity.
