Eddie, can you post pix of vertical vs. slanted lettering for PZero Rosso?

They come set at 36psi. You set them to 38 and had problems. That's doesn't reflect on the tires as far as I am concerned, it reflects on you.
I like them a lot. They are quiet on everything but concrete and have a good ride. Very good turn in, plenty enough for me.
They seem to be wearing very well for me, 5K so far. Wait, I sense another pic coming.
This is about 5K. You can see they have little wear, they are probably less than 1/4 through their life.
I am fairly easy on my tires. I don't track them, just highway onramps at high rates of speed.
Note: It is very difficult to turn the front wheels on my 4000lb car with 235 width ultra-perf meats with the engine off! I thought I would break the steering column.
As to the Dunlop SP9000s, if you are looking for performance, the P Zeros are supposed to be far better, check the Tirerack ratings. If you aren't looking for all performance, I'd recommend the Dunlop SP5000s or Yoko AVS dBs.

If I can get 20-25K out of a set of these under driving conditions similar to yours (mostly highway ramps and an occassional spirited drive through the mountains of Maine/NH/Vermont) then I should be fine. I want a streetable tire that won't dissapoint me when I want to push it a little to have some fun. Most of the B-stones and Michelins seem much stiffer and cost more. Let's face it, I could save maybe what, $20-$30, to go with a slightly less aggressive tire? But they would probably only last me 3-5K miles more (if that) and I'd be wishing the whole time that I'd just spent the extra dough for the better tires...
Well, I guess the bright side here is that no matter what, eventually whichever tire I choose will be worn out and I then I get to choose again if I'm not happy.

Here's two examples of the new "slanted" lettering style for the latest PZero Rossos. Sorry for the small size/resolution which makes it hard to see, but I think you'll get the idea. Personally, I think it's an improvement over the current lettering which is starting to look dated IMO. I like this new "racy" look so I decided to order mine with this lettering.
