forged vs. cast

Hartmann say that there euromesh 4's are cast is that the same as forged or is forged superior??

on the street, cast these days is fine. forged used to have a large weight advantage, but not so much anymore. They are stronger as well, but not likely to break a rim either.

Read the Hartmann site and you'll read why Forged is so much stronger then Cast wheels. Audi's are very heavy cars for their size and demand the Forged wheels. Your OEM wheels cost $500 per wheel and are forged.
