Do you guys sell the proper "tuner lugs"?
If so, I need 20 of them, going to be ordering 4 tires in the next 2 days, want to add to the order etc.

Typically not, no. However, if the wheel that you're buying them for is one of ours, we may be able to get some lugs for you. If that is the case, shoot me and email with the details and I'll see what we can do. Also an explaination of what you would consider 'proper tuner lugs' would be helpful in that same email.
