I've got the hankering to give them a try. What would be your guess as to how they compare to either:
(1) Michelin Pilot Sport AS
(2) Pirelli P6 FourSeason (current tire)
(3) Continental ProContact
More specifically, how would they do in the snow vs. the Pilot Sport AS?
I'm in the Mid-Atlantic and we just don't see that much snow, but enough that I need at least some minimal level of traction.

They look promising and are supposed to work in light snow.<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Bridgestone&tireModel=Poten za+RE960AS+Pole+Position">RE960AS</a></li></ul>

They are pricey and I really hate Michelin due to the 2005 USGP debacle, but they may be the tire for me.

The Sport A/S is fair in snow, comparable to others in that catagory. The Conti Extreme Contact UHP A/S gets better feedback for snow.<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR8&url=/tires/index.jsp">Tires</a></li></ul>

Unless you frequently load the vehicle to is max capacity with passengers and/or cargo I would not worry too much about the small load difference. It would be prudent to use higher air pressure during such loading to help bear some of the extra load.
