The finish on my BBS CH wheel was damaged as a result of an accident. The other driver's insurance company says that they'll send it off to a place called "Transwheels" to have it refinished. Although, according to BBS, they do not give out their unique paint codes and having a wheel refinished would void the original BBS warranty.

Have you or your customers had any experience with refinishing a BBS wheel? Does TireRack utilize an outside company for such issues?

Unfortunately we have little/no experience in refinishing these. Even though the paint code is unique and not given out by BBS, I would imagine that a good wheel refinisher such as the one you mentioned should be able to get a decent color match.
