Default Gary, anyone: tire storage question

I know this sort of question has been asked a lot, but wanted to get input on my particular situation.

I live in an apartment and thus have no garage and need somewhere to store my off-season tires & wheels. I have a few options, but my #1 choice is to stack them in a 5' x 5' utility closet in my apartment. This closet houses a water heater and forced air A/C and heat blower unit. Temperature in this room rarely goes over 80 degrees so heat is not a problem.

My concern is possible ozone from the motor in the blower unit. I have double bagged each tire in 45 gallon contractor trash bags and tied the ends as best I can.

Should I be concerned about the potential ozone "hazard" from the blower motor?

Default as long as they are in bags, they should be fine

make sure there is no moisture trapped in the bags if you seal them
