Default Wait a sec.. what size are you going with???

If you're upgrading to a 17", using tires size of 225/45/17 will be the same rolling diameter as stock, so no need to recalibrate. 18" = 225/40/18 tire size.

If the tire/wheel is a correct plus fitment, there would be no need to recalibrate things, the O.D. of the tires should be the same. You would not want to change the O.D. on a Quattro anyway (very bad mojo).
