Used to buy from them . Never a problem but stopped buying when they jacked my 80 year old father-in-law around when they shipped wrong product.Also have gotten horrible advice re:fitments etc from them recently.

The issue is that service when something doesn't go right (and, unless you're some collective of superhuman people instead of a company, you're going to have things go wrong now and then when you're shipping hundreds or thousands of wheelsets per day) is EXCELLENT.

I have ordered *many* wheels through TireRack or TireRack Dealers. And many more tires. There are plenty of testimonials from people who got the tire they needed before the Monterey Historics event in 1999, before a track event, etc. and would not have without TireRack's ability to ship things out immediately.

When it's the day before a track event, there's nothing more pleasing to the ear than, "Yeah, I think we could still get that PZero out today..."

Now, Eddie, if only I could get replacement PZero Type C from you guys in 225/45R17, I'd be happy...

of AVS tires for my Conquest TSI, and they were great on site to get me in and out, let me shop for the right tire and a good price. Plus I was able to interact and watch my new tires put on my rims, they did a great job.
