Hat's off to TireRack. UPS bungled shipping on an order of 4 new General UHP's that left
the TireRack warehouse 7 hours after I placed the order, delivering only 2 of the 4 tires shipped. TireRack customer service was prompt, courteous, and got to the bottom of the problem within 24hrs and fully refunded the shipping charges.
