I had a lug bolt, with striped head (thanks to morons with air wrenches). Today I brought the car to mechanic and this is what he did to take this bolt out:
In order to do it you will need:
1. several 12pt sockets.
2. extention for these sockets
3. brake bar
4. torque wrench and lug bolt socket.
5. hummer
6. new bolt
You will need to do the following:
· tight other four bolts as tight as possible (so you will take some pressure from the shaved bolt).
· Pick one of the 12pt sockets, which a little bit smaller, then the diameter of the head.
· Put socket with extension on the bolt and use hummer to bang it on the head. You need to do it quite hard. There is a chance, that you will damage a socket. Also be sure to do not bang your fingers or even worst - damage the surface of the wheel.
· Use you brake bar to unscrew the socket. (unscrew means counterclockwise). My mechanic used 2' brake bar and he still had to jump on the end of the bar. So be prepared to "use the force".
· If the process did not worked, use the next smaller socket to do the same.
· Put new bolt and, loosen and re-torque all five bolts.
As usually disclaimer: I am not responsible for your actions. Do it on your own risk.

you can get something that will fit on the end of a 17mm bolt. That combined with an impact wrench should remove the bolt in about 1.3 seconds.
