how much wheel weight is reasonable on a new wheel.
my new race wheels showed up and one of the wheels has about 10 weights in one spot. a few is fine but it does not make me feel very good about the wheel when about 1/3 of the inside of the wheel is covered in weights... it that a sign of a defective wheel??
