haha... I take that as a pass then huh ;)
He's telling me there are still slightly visible grooves left in the tread... haven't gotten pix yet though. He said he's gotten other offers, so if he didn't like mine I told him to persue them.

I figure once you pay for mounting and balancing + the tires.. it just isn't worth it.
after 5 track events, most track tires would be dead.. if they even have one event left in them.. is it worth the hassle?

yeah, you're probably right... we'll see if he comes down a lot in price...
and if the pix do show signs of life... if not, I'll pass. Still got a good set of kumhos on the track wheels, so those will tide me over for the rest of the autox's I'll be doing this year
