are hub centric rings universal? I have a set that says
"Gorilla DŲ72.62" on one side and "Gorilla DŲ66.06" on the other. I have these from a set of Enkei wheels I had on my nissan 240sx, but don't know what else they'll work on. tia.

No, they are not universal. Diff wheel companies use diff center bores, & so do auto manuf.s...
Many wheel companies will use a center bore of 75 or so. IIRC, the A4 (and probably many other Audis and German cars) have hub lips that are about 57.1mm. Check with the wheel manuf. to find out what the center bore is of their wheels. That will tell you which rings you need. I'm not sure if your markings denote the specs of your rings, but if I had to guess, I'd say a Nissan ring will not fit an Audi hub. Hope it helps.
