I am having the worst experience with Discount Tire...they are a huge tire company in many large cities and on the internet. So after putting bad tires on my car causing a radial pull, and the tech hot rodding my car on the test drive (he even hit a curb on the way out)-------I noticed today that there are four dents next to each of my tires on my side skirts....I guess from the lift..... what a bunch of crap!!! What can I do? Are they responsible.
The worst part is they had awesome customer service - to bad there workman ship sucks....
Terrible experience - what would you guys do?

You have to be carefull with those guys IE americas tire. I used to work at my local store and the managers get big bonuses for good performance so they would encourage employees to have tire races. Meanin we would get 3 cars one in each bay and then race to see who get get 4 off and 4 new on first. Not the best thing for quality assurance.

Well what I would do is first complain. Bitch (politely) to as many and the most important people in the company that you can. Threaten legal action - usually more effective than action itself. And finally if all else fails - sue the bastards. I dont know what the small claims limits are where you are but you might be able to use that.
Just some thoughts..
And if I were you I'd be MAJORLY pissed about that Tech. I figure thats grounds for a lawsuit- or them paying to fix all the damage right there.
