Default I'm frustrated.. need help with PSI

..I drive a 2004 a6 2.7t s-line with Toyo luxury touring versado lx m+s 243/40r 18 93v tires (whatever that means) and I know nothing about these tires and proper inflation for this particular set... I think max load is in the low 50's and I’m running 40 all around. I guess my question is whether I should run more or less than I am. I’ve done my research on the tire itself and I have looked at the recommended PSI on the sticker posted inside the door but it was difficult to decipher.. I live in GA if that helps and really would like to know what you guys think I should be running… thanks for all the help in advance I would hate to have uneven wear on these tires.

I'm hoping that size was supposed to read 245/40R18. Do not run these at their max psi...stick to the pressure listed on the tire placard (normally on the gas flap) which should clearly list the psi that is recommended. I'm guessing its around 35-40psi.

^ yeah that was a typo, they are in fact 245/40R18... i should be more careful when being specific is important. Yeah i would never run them at max pressure but your reassurance with the 35-40 range is helpful thank- you
