Default I've rotated my winter tires after 4000km after putting them on. Now the car pulls...
noticebly to the right.

What could've gone wrong?

Is it possible that the mechanic did one side and forgot to the the other (I was getting several things done)?

Are they visibly worn out unevenly? You may have alignment issues that may need correcting.

Default Nope. They still look brand new. The pulling to the right started right after the tires were rotated
Before the rotation, there was no pulling of any kind.

At a guess, it either needs an alignment, or they overinflated a tire on one side.
