I just got back to work and noticed that the tire shop scratched one of my wheels that they mounted today. It was a recommended installer off the Tire Rack website too! The other three wheels are perfect, but this one is scracthed a little around the lip, and then on the face of the spokes, almost like if the wheel fell over. Does any one know what the tire shops responsibilty os on something like this. Are they supposed to pay for a new wheel?

inspect the wheel, and hopefully they will want to keep you happy. In most cases they will pay to refinish the wheel but if you're persistent and keep your head on your shoulders you might be able to get them to replace the wheel completely.
