Default Mille Miglia Uno - durability/strength

I am considering the Mille Miglia Uno; stylish wheel with a good price. Any info. or opinions on quality and durability? I would also like to see any pics of this wheel on an A6.

The wheel is fairly new, so we do not have much long term experience with it yet. The brand itself, Mille Miglia, is one we've carried for nearly a decade now. Very high quality finish, very consistant quality wheels. They make a few Original Equipment wheels as well. Many here at TR run these wheels on their own vehicles since they have many attractive styles of wheels in the mid-weight and mid-price category.

wheels

Default Got MMs from TireRack for my GTI and loved them

Excellent service from TR and the wheels were stylish and durable.

Keep in mind they are cast wheels instead of forged so they are likely to be heavier. But you already know that given the price. . . . .

I say get 'em!

Default I wouldn't buy Mille Miglia unless those are forged or you have great roads.

I bought MM-11's years ago and they were the biggest waist of money. I bent all four, had them straightened, and they got bent again. You can actually bend them by hitting them with a rubber mallet. I replaced them with SSR comps, and while they are better, they have a reputation on this website too. Spend the extra money and stay away from as-cast rims. In short THEY SUCK.
