Go for something more aggressive if you want to emphasize snow and ice performance.

If you want max ice and snow traction, go with the Nokian RSi.

The WR are more of a performance winter tire... Great on the dry, great in the snow, and ok/decent on the ice.

If you want to straddle between the two, you can get the NOkian Hakka2 (without studs). It's tread stiffness is between the WR and RSi... so it won't be as agressive on the ice as the RSi, nor will it be as good on the dry as the WR. I'll probably be running the hakka2 as my next winter tire (if the hakka4 isn't here by then)

Edit: or if studs are legal in your area and you don't mind running them.. hakka2 studded is the ultimate.

The RSi alone will do very well on ice... hakka2 with studs will do better than the RSi on ice.. Both ecxeptional in the snow.
