Need to confirm that a D3 A8 12 spoke 19" will fit a 2006 A6 3.2. Gary?
I have heard that this wheel will fit, but I want to be 100% sure. I believe the 19" D3 wheel and the stock 17" A6 wheel both have an offset of ET45. A 245/35/19 would be used to ensure the speedo stays accurate. Both cars have tire pressure monitoring. Can someone confirm this will work? I have seen a pic, but I think it may be a photoshop. I did see that someone was using the 5 arm sport 19" D3 wheel on a C6 A6 with no issues. Thanks for the help!

They will fit fine....
The offset is fine - and I think the 12 spoke may be a 8.5 width vs. the 5 spoke's 9 inch....
your TPMS will work - and if not it's just a stem.
I'd suggest the larger tires.... the 255/40/19 fills out the wheelwell and the extra grip ( and look) more then offsets the slight odo error in my opinion !
