Default Need help with new S4 tires

I need to replace my 19-inch summer tires on my 2011 S4.
I have the Pirelli P zeros but want something different.

The Pirelli's are very noisy. So I'm looking for a tire that provides sharps cornering and is quiet.

Any advice?

The top two tires for quiet ride but fast steering response and handling would be the Michelin Pilot Super Sport and Bridgestone Potenza S04 Pole Position.

The noise level from Pirelli tires is the number one complaint from our customers. Like Gary has posted, The Michelin Pilot Super Sports and the Bridgestones have really good feedback.

Thanks, I ordered and received the Michelins already. Next step is to get them mounted

Good choice Christo123. I went with the Pilot Sport A/S+ because I do push my A8L W12 around but mostly cruising.

+1 Plus the Pirelli's wear horribly. I had only 16,000 miles on them but the road noise drove me crazy enough to spend $1300 for new tires while there was still tread left

However despite the noise and poor wear, they perform brilliantly

Just mounted the Michelin Pilot Super Sports on our '11 TT replacing P zero's. Pirelli's had plenty of tread left but ditched them at 14k due to insane noise.

The super sports have been excellent so far. Very good ride, good steering response and VERY quite and smooth - good choice!
