P Zero Nero M&S vs Pilot Sport A/S

I live in southern Ontario where the roads are usually cleared in winter but occasionally have light snow coverage. I'm trying to decide between the P Zero Nero M&S and the Pilot Sport A/S. My A4 2.8 Quattro has RS4 225/45/R17 rims. My wife's A4 did just fine in the winter with her stock goodyear RSAs. As long as my new tire does at least as well as these in the winter I will be happy. Any one with winter experience with these tires? How do they compare? You comments are appreciated.

Hi Jason. How do you find the P Zero Nero M&S in comparison to your summer tires? With a four year old in the back seat I really can't be testing the limits of my car. Responsiveness is important but ride quality and noise levels are a priority.
I drove from Vancouver to Whistler this summer in a rental car. Wish I had my quattro.

and the noise is much lower than my previous S03
response is great comfort is ok
rain is not as good as S03 but it is still very good
this tire is much more street friendly than S03
and they have enought handling for your car on the street
but I can't command on snow condition yet

I live in upstate NY. Although all-seasons are much, much better than three-season tires in the snow (which are downright hazardous), you should spring for a set of snows for winter. It'll give you peace of mind, and it'll afford better protection for your four-year-old.
Sorry, I can't help re the tires you asked about, but I am interested in reading other replies. I use performance all-season tires on my S4 Avant for three seasons, since I need to drive on the occasional dirt/mud road, and since we do occasionally get snow early in the fall (such as last week) or late in the spring.
