Default Pirelli, Dunlop or Bridgestone

I am currently looking for winter tires which fit into the 17" rims (235/45/17)
Which specific models are good?

Default Had LM-22s put on today (225/45/17)...

using stock Avus wheel, but have yet to take them into snow country. I was pleasantly surprised to find the ride was only slightly rougher than stock on the smootheset road surface, almost imperceptible difference on coarser raods. Given they're not broken in yet, I'm happy so far

Default 17" or 16" rim in the winter time

actually, should I use 17" or 16" for the rims?

The set of winter tires are not for my Audi A4. THey are for my dad MB E430.

Is Pirelli WInter 210 suppose to be the best for winter tire?
