Pressure for Snow Tires

I just installed Pirelli 210A 195/65Hx15 on my Car and was wondering if what pressure they should be. Currently they have 35# in them and the ride is a little stiff compared to the Eagle LS's

I have 205/55/16 210As and run 39#s ie the stock pressure + 3 lbs. as the mannuel states. The ride and handling is fine? I would at least start here.
