I think I've narrowed my tire choices down to these two. I want something with a good grip but also comfort and especially noise is a priority since 80%+ of my driving is freeway. Also, I'm gonna be returning my leased S4 in about 13k miles or so and I'll need 4/32" tread left. So, that's another big reason why I a max performance tire probably won't work for me. Btw, right now I'm riding on nearly bald re040's which I despise.

Any opinions would be really appreciated!

Deciding between these two is not difficult. The PZero Nero M&S is an all season tire, The RE750 is a summer-only performance tire. If you're after handling and traction levels in wet/dry at or better than the stock tires, thats the tire you'll want. If you're willing to give up some handling/grip for longer wear, a bit quieter ride, and get some light snow traction, get the PZero Nero M&S.
