Default Question about 19x9 rubbing and offset

<center><img src="http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x234/JeffreyTT/2008TT/2008TT-25.jpg"></center><p>Hey there,

I want these OEM TT S-Line wheels in the picture attached. I want them for my B7 S4. Here are the stats I got from dealer:

19x9
bolt - 5x112
ET 52

with a 15 mm spacer, offset is down to 37. Would that be enough for the 9 inch width? I think stock tire is 255/35R19. Will there be any turning radius issues and or rubbing?

I know EddieMan runs 8.5" wide with a +38 offset. He also runs a 245/35R19.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
