So I bought a set of Goodyear Assurance triple tread after doing some research. Went back twice to have them rebalanced the first morning I got them. Went to work and the car shaked like crazy. Went back the next AM and was told that three of the tires were "out of circle". They order anothe set of four. Same thing... three of the four were "out of circle." Now they don't want to sell me another set and the question is... do I even take the chance on another set when 6/8 were f*&* up?
Don't want to spend anymore money than I already have. Thanks

Sounds odd to me. Out of round is the term that most shops use when a tire cannot balance. With most modern tires like the Assurance the % of out of round tires is under 1-2% at most AFAIK. I personally would try to have them check by a shop with a Hunter Road force balancer to see what is going on.
