Raised/Curve Toe and tie rod move

I understood the concept but I don't manage to feel something.
1) You raise front subframe to have the supension extended and you measure toe.
2) Then, you can move up and down the steering tie rod to set the toe in curve or raised toe.
BUT if I move UP the tie rod (by screwing B-bolt), does it increase or reduce toe in curve ?

No you don't raise suspension to measure toe in /out.
Vehicle have to be on level surface and to do it correctly, front wheels should be on rotating platforms allowing free left / right manipulation.
Rack and pinion rod adjustment depends is the rack and pinion on front or behind the axle.
For example, if behind and extending the rod would cause toe in while if rack and pinion is on front of axle, extending rod would cause toe out.
