What is the best M+S tire for them(looks,noise,Grip,treadware)? Secondly will they look funny on my 02 A4 with stock(no-springs)suspension? And the last thing when buying RS4 replica wheels which offset should I get the 30 or 35?

Pirelli P-Zero Nero M&S - if you want more dry grip but somewhat worse snow performance.

Will it look funny? Probably so.

Offset - I'd go with ET35.

Agreed, Falken 512s are great UHP A/S tires! That's why I bought a set for 18s (see sig).

will be your best bet for a good look without any rubbing issues. Get them from Hartmann wheels with the Falken Ziex 512 tires or order a set of Pzero Nero M&amp;S tires. Hartmann shipped my wheels with the Falken's and they appear to be pretty good M&amp;S tires. I have the pzero nero m&amp;s tires on my factory sport wheels and they were great this past winter in DC.
