Yeah - did that to me too. I emailed them and they said they'd make a company wide note. *shrugs* I went with a stud conversion kit anyway.

Funny, I emailed them and they said they have never had this problem before.

Right. More like, "most of our customers don't notice".

Exactly - most probably just toss them on & probably works... OK I guess. Bad idea though.
