S4 Camber specs = worn inner tread on front??

My fronts with 11K miles are worn to no depth on the innermost tread, but not bad on 7/8 of the tire. Rears are fine.
The tires were probably NOT rotated ever since new (long story, sordid history)
Would this be normal under the circumstances given the significant negative camber spec, or is it indicative of an alignment problem?
Informed opinions preferred.

you don't have "significant" negative camber issues IMHO. The S4 doesn't have adjustments for camber and even if you dropped the ride height, you're still not going to be more than 1.25 (+/- .25) degree negative.
Check your toe settings. Too much toe-out will cause inside tire wear.
And, <insert wagging finger here> rotate your tires more frequently.
