Default Should I change all 4 tires?

36.5k miles on the original Contis and the outside edges of front 2 tires are shot (tread separation on one of them, the other soon to follow). The rear ones still look ok. Should I go ahead and replace all 4 tires anyways?

Awful shame the edges are so worn. Checked the tread wear indicator and looks like the tires still had some life in them had the edges not been so worn down.

TIA

Yes, or shave the two new tires to match the tread depth of the other two.

Good reason to rotate tires more often.
