so is the BBS RGR a "better" wheel than the BS CH?

Suppose you find the cosmetics of the two wheels both appealing, and the price difference inconsequential. Is the forged, made in Japan BBS RGR a better wheel than the cast, made in Germany BBS CH? The forged RGR is lighter by 3.5# at least.

All else being equal (which, as you pointed out, they are not due to price and cosmetics differences) I'd personally consider the RGR slightly better due to forged contruction and slight weight advantages.<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR8&url=/wheels/index.jsp">wheels</a></li></ul>

These would be going on a 1993 Ur S4 with Porsche 993TT brakes. Would the RGR fit? I am currently running the original 16" wheels with 5 mm spacers to clear the brakes.
