te37 and le37 same except for polished lip?

te37 and le37 same except for polished lip?
I need to know if they are the same rim except for the polished lip, because i need to buy a new te37, but they stopped making them for our cars so i have to buy a le37 and have it painted, I just wanted to verify that they are in fact the same except for the poilished lip.
