I'm in the market for new tires for my A4. I need all seasons but want good handling too. I'm down to a few selections. Does anyone have any experience with any of the following?
Dunlop Sport A2
Bridgestone Potenza RE 950
Yokohama AVS dB
Dunlop SP Sport 5000
I'm looking at either a 205/55/16, 225/50/16 or even a 215/55/16. I know the latter is a little too large but since I can't afford to lower my car from stock suspension height, I thought it would "eliminate" the wheel gap a little. Also will there be much difference in ride and handling between the 55s and 50s ?

... If I was going with an all season tire I would go with the Dunlop but you might also want to consider the Michelin Pilot Sport AS. As for size for all seasons, I would go with the 205/55R16 size.

You have a lot of things to consider that you can look at. For an all season tire, I typically do suggest the SP5000s as your best in the group, howver if you call me to discuss I can narrow it down to what will work best for your driving!
Thanks!
