Hey Folks,
Been searching the archives on this one but have some specific variables regarding tire size, wheel width and camber adjustments.
I'm looking to track my 98.5 A4 with factory sport springs and yellow Koni's. I'm interested in 245/40 Yoko A032R's on 17 X 8.5 wheels. As tire size can change from one manufacturer to the next, I haven't found any definitive word on whether this particuliar combo will fit.
I get the impression that it will be tight at best and to throw another kink into the equation, I will be upgrading to the CPP upper control links in the front to gain some camber. My concern is (if the above wheel/tire combo fit) will I still have enough clearance between the tire and the upright to get at least 2 degrees camber up front?
Thanks!
Mark K.
