Are tirerack's wheel prices firm? Has anyone had any luck negotiating down the price?

Could you, please, name MANY that will beat them on price and will give you a refund, if unused,
within 30 days.
I know of only one: Discount Tire Direct - have same refund policy (I even returned a 4wheel/tire set after 6 months unused for a full credit, less shipping, toward a new purchase, but their prices are NOT less than TTR and their wheel/tire selection is more limited next to TTR, on the other hand they were able to do a custom order on wheels they normaly do not carry, twice for me, something I know TTR will not do.
But who else can compete with these two on price AND service after the sale?
