Tires on backward at dealership

I was at my local dealer a few days ago. Cruising around the lot, I noticed a new A4 sport with all 4 Dunlops mounted backwards. For a moment I wasn't sure if it was just me, so I checked other cars on the lot. Sure enough, this particular car had every single tire mounted with the directional arrow pointing the wrong way.
I pointed out the problem to a salesman, whose response was "oh we just put that car out."
I didn't see any sign that he intended to correct the problem. The service manager was nearby, but the salesman didn't even look in her direction. What was odd was that it was a sports package, with standard sports wheels and tires. I don't know why the dealer would have changed the wheels or tires, which leads to the possibility it came that way from the factory.
I wonder what else they're ignoring????
