tires or suspension
front end of 2003 AR seems a little bumby at speeds between 65 & 70. Would this be a tire balance issue or a suspension issue? Dealer has confirmed CONTINENTAL Touring allseason tires are in great shape. Miles on the tires is about 24thou. Dealer wants to charge me $80.00`for balancing.
