Toyo RA1s or Falken Azenis Sport for track tires?? shaved or not??

I run Azenis on the street and A032R on the track...(m)
as good as they are the Azenis are no R's, even compared to the least sticky R's, my A032. I ran the Azenis at a couple of track events and auto-X and can say that they will last no longer than R's. Seems that street rubber wear at a much faster rate than Rs do. So in the end you may get only about 20-25% more wear from Azenis than Rs, so you can rule out cost effectiveness for running street tires on a track.
