Default Turn off TPMS warning?

The wheels I have on now don't have the TPMS sensors in them and the warning comes on every time I start the car. Is there a way to turn it off?

Thanks!

Yes - VAG-COM is required: http://www.ross-tech.com/

Great investment but if you don't want to buy one you can post on the local forums to see if someone will do it for you

I just bought summer tires getting them on next week, someone on another forum said the TPMS is in the ABS so sensors are there just need to be reset?

A 2012 Q5 does not use the traditional in-wheel sensor. (Rubber valve stems = ABS-based system)

You may not have to reset anything.
