I got mine from TireRack, and I thoroughly believe they need to better package their wheels. Two pieces of cardboard and two plastic straps is inadequate protection for a wheel and tire combination worth $640 each. They should have boxes that fit wheels/tires, and put bubble-wrap or thick cardboard on the side of the wheel that faces out.<p></a>

In the last 5 years I have watched their service drop appalingly in quality. It seems like sme of the people just don't care. I special ordered a part COD. Well, they don't take CASH. So I had to leave a check, but noone was home. 2 strikes. So we wait home all day with the doors open, and I see a postit saying "3rd attempt" WTF? I was there the whole time!
