I get my replacement CH rim for the one that my mom curbed and guess what UPS freaking scratches the rim in two places, its obviously from shipping also. i wait 2 weeks for the rim and then ups botches the shipment, oh well i sit here and wait for the replacement.
_rl://nogaros4.tip.sport.premium.bose.6cd [ website ]

Default i feel your pain. never, ever, ever use ups!

i always use fedex; even if it costs more up front, it saves bigtime in the long run.
--

Default Where did the replacement come from?

I got mine from TireRack, and I thoroughly believe they need to better package their wheels. Two pieces of cardboard and two plastic straps is inadequate protection for a wheel and tire combination worth $640 each. They should have boxes that fit wheels/tires, and put bubble-wrap or thick cardboard on the side of the wheel that faces out.

Default FEDEX to ship a wheel? Man that would cost a FORTUNE! I agree UPS sucks.

In the last 5 years I have watched their service drop appalingly in quality. It seems like sme of the people just don't care. I special ordered a part COD. Well, they don't take CASH. So I had to leave a check, but noone was home. 2 strikes. So we wait home all day with the doors open, and I see a postit saying "3rd attempt" WTF? I was there the whole time! So the special order rush delivery part for my customer went back to California and I had to order it again.
99.5 1.8Tqms Laser Red

Default if you care about your wheels, it's the only alternative...

wheels i had shipped from vancouver -> boston cost about $150 to ship fedex (4 rims with tires). yeah, not cheap, but when they're the only set in the country, i'm not going to play games with some half-assed delivery company.
--

Default $150 is not bad. I spent $125 to send 5 from Texas to Michigan UPS.
