This zombie thread showed high in a DuckDuckGo search, so I will share critical information for others to reference.
A 15" Mille Miglia Spider weighs 22.2 pounds. I have found most cast, aluminum, 15" wheels weigh 17-20 pounds. A premium forged wheel weighs less than 11 pounds. Benchmark accordingly. The Spider does give a lot of clearance for a brake caliper.
